| My farewell lunch |
A
mission is now fully completed, and the last six months were just like a blink
of an eye. Time flies! After having completely finished the internship report
and slide presentation as well as project hand-over to the new successor who
comes to replace me and supports regional marketing team, It is time to pack
stuffs and prepare everything for flight on Friday night, the 5th of
April, 2013.

Looking
backwards to the last six months while the journey had been long with
challenging and fun situation either in the regional office in Henkel or with
other Khmer students in various universities in Shanghai, there were a load of
things that were happened and quite challenging; with the past time I have been
through with Henkel and after getting feedback from my manager concerning the
internship performance, I could really see myself where I am now in term of
professionalism, what needs to be improved, and what needs to enhance further
for a long life journey. While still
learning new thing through almost every day at the office, I have learnt more
than what I could really say compared to the past time I was in school.

Thanks
to the internship assessment and advice from Vijay, Antje, Edward, and the team
I could now be able to cope with struggling situations and stay motivated to
produce more outcomes during the internship and would be worth for my life to
enjoy taking opportunities to broaden my horizon and scope in term of both soft
and hard skill to reach my goals. Being a team member in regional marketing
team was a great time ever for me learning to use the potent I have naturally
and learn something exceptional here from professional people.
Since
it was completed, there is only a memorable time and unforgettable experience,
which will still go along with me so as to remind me all the great times I have
with all people here. I just love the time I have and try as much as I could to
make fruitful use of it. Generally speaking and influencing in our regional
team, every single job that could be done with a great result which we could
hope for is the empowerment of the team, and now I really understand how great
team spirit influences the outcome that we are expecting to have heard and
succeeded in one specific time frame.

A
great moment has now become an upbeat memory. We are all on the way we believe
we are, we write our false together as a great team ever, we share what we
believe we could be, we drive change with initiative, we reward what we achieved,
we focus on what we could strengthen our belief, and an upbeat memory in our
team is a great moment.
Friday
becomes a great day ever. There is nothing more than your smile, support,
coach, advice, encouragement, warmness, and great relationship we have. On
Friday (a memorable day, which many things were happened), I have nothing more
than above-mentioned points through which I will leave my life. Thanks to your
support I really find this last 6 months a great time ever and enjoyable in our
APAC Schwarzkopf Professional team as
well as with other Khmer friends here.
